Death of a Revolution: The Short Life of Malcolm Shabazz

the revolution of the mind continues…

very reflective this week… the death of this young man disturbed me and quieted my soul. I grieve for him, for the legacy of his grandfather (Malcolm X) who impacted the very way I think. This is a defeat of epic proportions…and my very soul weeps for what we have lost.

Cut down as he was learning to walk, because he would have been the one to make us run.

While i may not have a “mainstream” voice… I believe no one knows or understands WHO this man was or what he was about… most only know the conjecture behind the media’s interpretation of him.

It is my duty as a MadMan to bring you the truth. To give you a glimpse into what we have lost. To make sure you have the real information. To make sure you are Mad enough to do something to not let his death be in vain.

Won’t be home? no problem. Text “WYMS” to 69302 and get the listen in number sent right to your phone.

the revolution of the mind continues…
