Black is the new INSURGENT : what Freddie Gray’s death teaches us about police brutality

the revolution of the mind continues…

and so does the cycle of violence against Black people by the police.  Regardless of any criminal activity – every American – regardless of color – is entitled to life and liberty… emphasis on LIFE.

The Baltimore police department has spent billions settling brutality cases for their overzealous police force.. but that hasn’t stopped the killings.  The people are once again rioting (which as Martin said is  “the language of the unheard”) but that isn’t helping either.. we need a plan and we need it now..

what will it take for a Black life to matter?
